Atria Newport Seaside refinanced secures $52M refinancing
JLL Capital Markets introduced on Aug. 15 that it secured $52 million in refinancing for Atria Newport Seaside in Newport Seaside, California.
In line with a press launch, JLL represented the borrower, a partnership between a nationwide actual property funding belief and Atria Senior Dwelling.
The neighborhood was inbuilt two phases, with the south constructing opening in 2021 and the north constructing seeing full renovations in 2023. The neighborhood was beforehand dubbed the “neighborhood of the long run.”
